Getting Started

How Long Does it Take to Before I Start Getting Leads?

Once the online signup is completed and we have received your information from the new client questionnaire, please allow up to 24 hours to get you added to our system. You could see leads in as little as 24 hours, but it generally takes about 7 days for new subscribers to propagate through our system and start seeing regular leads.

Once you have completed the signup process online, we need a completed New Client Questionnaire to start delivering qualified leads:

How Will Leads be Delivered?

Phone leads are delivered in real time. A local consumer is interested in your business and they call you directly. Leads that complete a form requests will be delivered via email the same business day.

What is a Good Lead?

At Relevant Response we consider a good lead to be someone that is on your business service area, interested in the service your business provides and has taken action to connect with your business via form or direct phone call.

Does Relevant Response Offer Any Reporting?

We will provide you on a monthly basis, a report detailing the leads you have received from us over the last 30 days.

Expectations

When Can I Expect to Start Seeing Results?

Within the first 30 days you will start receiving local qualified leads for your business.

Does Relevant Response Guarantee Results?

If we cannot for generate any leads for your business within 30 days we will provide a full refund upon request.

How Do I Know Relevant Response Will Produce Better Results?

Billing

What if I Want to Update My Billing Information or Change Plans?

Please contact Relevant Response to update your billing information or to change your plan.

Are There Any Additional Fees?

All fees included with each plan are listed on our site. The only potential additional fee would be for call tracking minutes over the allotted 240 included with each plan. Also please be aware that your Adwords cost is separate from the Relevant Response plan fees.

What Billing System Does Relevant Response Use?

Relevant Response uses Authorize.net to process credit card transactions through Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. As a courtesy we allow for a 24 hour window to cancel your plan after purchase subject to a 10% administration fee.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your plan at any time. Send an email to cancel@relevantresponse.com or contact us by phone at 888-669-3054. Cancellations must be received 48 hours before the next automatic billing cycle.

Relevant Response is located in the scenic lakeside town of Harbor Beach Michigan nestled on the Western Shore of Lake Huron.

Are There Any Types of Businesses You Don't Work With?

Relevant Response does not work with affiliate, multi level marketing (MLM), gambling, adult, or make money online sites. Unfortunately these types of sites are not the right fit for the Relevant Response pay per click approach.

Can I Send You My Ideas?

Please feel free to send us your ideas, insights, proposals and anything else you think is important to the success of your campaign. Your input helps us to better understand the intricacies and nuances of your business.
